Route Package Protection
We highly recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout. For a very small fee (usually just $1–$2), your order is fully insured against loss, damage, or theft. Please note that if Route Protection is declined, Skeleton Goods is limited in our ability to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

Delivery Timelines
To maintain our simple shipping process, we do not offer expedited or "rush" shipping. All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Skeleton Goods is not liable for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address or situations where a package becomes undeliverable due to customer error. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you fix it before it ships.
