All original tags must remain intact and attached.

Customers are responsible for the items until they are received by Skeleton Goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee a refund for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery to start an exchange.

Shipping & Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Skeleton Goods is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address or shipments that become undeliverable due to customer error.
However, we value our customers! If a shipping error occurs, contact us and we will do our best to help you locate the package or find a resolution.
